In compliance with the current legal framework and pursuant to the revisions made to the voucher system regulations provided for in art. 88 of the Legislative Decree of 17 March 2020, n. 18 from the law 17.7.2020 n. 77 (the conversion into law, with amendments, of the so-called Recovery Bill), the deadline for voucher requests has expired as of 30 September 2020.

As expressly required by law, no other kind of refund is allowed.

For tickets purchased through third parties (tour operators or travel agencies), it is necessary to contact the respective third party.
